Product Engineering Project Manager; Agile

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 Weeks Onsite Per Month)

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Project Manager to lead Agile product engineering initiatives and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile project management, PI Planning, sprint execution, stakeholder management, and dependency tracking. This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product engineering projects.
• Serve as the Agile Master, facilitating PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain project visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple work streams.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Drive effective communication and status reporting across project teams and leadership.
• Support governance activities through project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement to enhance team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Monitor project health and ensure timely resolution of blockers.

• 8+ years of experience managing Agile software development or product engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and dependency management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and governance activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience supporting Product Engineering or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Dev Ops, and software delivery best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
