Super Com is seeking a Monitoring Tech Support Specialist to join our 24/7 monitoring and support center in Miami. The role provides technical support to partners and customers via email, phone, and remote sessions from our Miami offices.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of tech support or customer service experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a high school diploma. Hebrew fluency is a plus;
Jira Service Desk and SQL Server experience are advantageous.
