Super Com is seeking a Monitoring Tech Support Specialist to join our Miami center, providing round-the-clock technical assistance to partners and customers via email, phone, and remote sessions.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in tech support or customer service, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira Service Desk and SQL Server. Fluency in Hebrew is a plus, with a willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
