Nalley Consulting is seeking a Help Desk Lead at SOUTHCOM HQ in Doral, FL. This on-site role leads a global authentication support operation, ensuring efficient user access troubleshooting across IAM, SSO, MFA, and CAC systems, with a TS/SCI clearance requirement.
You will define SLAs, coordinate ITSM workflows (Service Now, JIRA), and report on help desk performance while guiding a security-conscious team with a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
