Position: PROGRAM ANALYST (AM\u0026E) with Security Clearance
Duties
* Lead the comprehensive Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AMandE) process for a portfolio of USSOUTHCOM Security Cooperation (SC) initiatives ensuring all command activities comply with National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) mandates.
* Analyze statistical and narrative data using specialized defense systems to develop and refines key performance metrics, mapping Measures of Performance (MOPs) to Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).
* Conduct program evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and Return on Investment (ROI) assessments identifying program efficiencies and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership to sustain or eliminate ineffective initiatives.
* Research new legislation, Department of War (DoW) directives, and defense trends to serve as a key advisor to command leadership.
* Maintain partnerships with senior military and civilian officials from partner nations to synchronize regional security cooperation efforts. Requirements Conditions of employment
* Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
* This position is subject to a pre-employment drug test screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
* This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 15%.
* The incumbent must attain DoD Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) Expert Proficiency Level Certification and complete related continuous learning requirements within 2 years of entering this position. Qualifications Who May Apply:
