IT Support Technician

Our client is seeking a Warehouse IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during new warehouse launches and post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Provide front-line support to warehouse associates and supervisors during go-live and hypercare phases
• Walk the warehouse floor to answer process questions and reinforce training
• Assist users in following standard operating procedures and system workflows
• Identify and categorize operational issues, escalating true system problems to support teams
• Participate in pre-launch readiness sessions, training reviews, and daily hypercare meetings

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new operational processes and system workflows quickly
• Willingness to travel to warehouse launch sites and work variable schedules during critical periods
