A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future The Sr. Manager, HR Technology (Workday Integrations) is a technical leader responsible for driving the strategy, design, delivery, and support of Lennar’s Workday technology ecosystem. This role serves as a subject matter expert across Workday Core capabilities, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits, with a primary focus on integrations, API standards, system architecture, and scalable technology solutions.

The Manager, HR Technology leads a team of HR technology professionals and partners closely with Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, Finance, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative solutions. This role establishes integration best practices, ensures data integrity, manages complex technical initiatives, and continuously improves Lennar’s HR technology landscape. • Lead the technical direction of Lennar’s Workday integrations and HR technology ecosystem.
• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related HR functions.
• Establish integration standards, API best practices, and technical governance to support scalable solutions.
• Partner with HR and IT leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and the Associate experience.
• Lead and develop a team of HR technology professionals supporting Workday solutions.
• Influence the future of Lennar’s HR technology environment through innovation and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities On The Team 60% Strategy & Planning:
• Direct the direction of features for design systems and break down the Workday product vision into continuous value delivery.
• Direct efforts to provide support to production environment including break/fix and minor enhancements.
• Oversee effort to support applications through analyzing the current system environment, using technical tools and utilities, performing complex product customization, and developing implementation and verification procedures to ensure successful installation of systems hardware/software.
• Coordinate with business relationship managers to ensure the business users are satisfied with the current service levels and application functionality.
• Lead the Workday product development team, ensuring successful delivery of roadmap releases and features while achieving product goals and KPIs.
• Proactively address product development issues and escalate to senior leadership when necessary.
• Conduct discovery sessions with internal stakeholders, validating opportunities and solutions to define and manage the product roadmap.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis.
• Demonstrate ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
