Structure and lead the management of the strategic project portfolio of Inter's international operation, with a focus on expanding the business in the United States and other global territories. The position acts as a central link between local leadership and the executive IT directorate, ensuring alignment with the frameworks and tools standard globally used by IT teams. Responsible for translating expansion initiatives into concrete deliverables, with disciplined governance, end-to-end traceability, and consolidation of executive indicators and reports that support strategic decisions at an international level.

• Organize, monitor, and prioritize the strategic project portfolio of the international operation, ensuring traceability and end-to-end visibility in all territories of Inter's operation;
• Implement and sustain governance frameworks aligned with global standards of Inter's IT teams, ensuring consistency in the monitoring processes of KPIs, risks, and critical dependencies between the Brazil and international operations;
• Structure managerial dashboards and consolidated executive reports for the IT directorate, with an integrated view of the international portfolio, delivery status, active risks, and performance indicators of strategic programs;
• Act as a focal point between international product engineering teams, technology, and executive leadership, ensuring continuous alignment between expansion strategy and execution capacity;
• Identify operational bottlenecks and project risks—including regulatory, technical, and external partner dependencies—proposing and executing effective mitigation plans;
• Facilitate planning rituals, retrospectives, portfolio reviews, and project checkpoints, adapting agile and traditional methodologies according to the nature and complexity of each international initiative;
• Lead the structuring and follow-up of strategic programs related to the entry and consolidation of Inter in new markets, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts between product, technology, compliance, and local operations;
• Explore and implement opportunities for automation and AI application in the management of the international portfolio, connecting innovation to operational efficiency and reducing process overhead.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields;
• MBA or specialization in Project Management, Business Analytics, or related fields (preferred);
• Minimum of 5-6 years in project coordination or management;
• Experience in high complexity environments, preferably in technology, financial services, or digital products;
• Experience in portfolio governance and risk management.
