Nubank is seeking a Staff IT Engineer - Service Management to own and evolve our ITSM practice end to end. You will design and implement processes, tools, and governance that keep internal services reliable and auditable in a regulated financial environment.
You’ll lead the toolchain (Jira Service Management, Service Now or equivalent), define SLAs/OLAs, and partner with engineering to automate workflows and reporting. Strong communication to leadership is required.
