Requirements
- Bachelors degree or relevant certification in computer science, networking, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- At least two years of experience administering cloud infrastructure, or an equivalent mix of education, certification, training, and experience.
- Experience in project coordination.
- Background supporting customers in a help desk or technical support environment.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and desktop network administration.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments.
- Proficiency with networking, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and application support.
- Solid knowledge of data and network security, internet protocols, and communication protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both technical and business language, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Willingness to participate in on-call and after-hours support as needed.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide supporting documentation.
- Law firm experience is an advantage.
- Lead our Perfect Law team in delivering excellent service and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Handle support requests and technical problems through phone and email communication.
- Partner with relevant teams to select suitable technology solutions and ensure smooth integration into our cloud environments.
- Administer Azure cloud foundations and related services.
- Record service and installation activities by maintaining forms, reports, logs, and other documentation.
- Monitor cloud service performance and carry out tuning to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Diagnose cloud-related issues and restore or optimize services as needed.
- Manage cloud service tagging, logging, and alerting.
- Support cloud backup and recovery operations.
- Assist with automation, scripting, deployments, and cloud migrations.
- Work with internal departments to evaluate and recommend technologies aligned with organizational needs.
- Identify, document, and help resolve vulnerabilities.
- Implement architectures that follow best practices as well as security and corporate compliance requirements.
- Administer Microsoft 365 user and group access, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and Office 365 applications.
