Position: Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions. The candidate should have strong experience in field service management, resource scheduling, mobile workforce management, integrations, and end-to-end OFS implementations.

• Configure and implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) based on business requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OFS solutions.
• Configure activities, resources, work zones, territories, routing, scheduling, and capacity management
  .
• Configure activity types, properties, statuses, workflows, and business rules
  .
• Manage technician/resource calendars, shifts, and working schedules.
• Configure capacity and quota management to optimize field workforce utilization.
• Implement and support routing and optimization for field technicians.
• Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility for mobile workforce operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between OFS and enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, CRM, REST APIs, and third-party systems

• Work with OFS REST APIs and integration frameworks for data exchange.
• Support inbound and outbound interfaces involving customers, work orders, resources, inventory, and service activities.
• Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Prepare functional and technical design documents, test scripts, and deployment documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
  .
• Analyze field service performance and recommend process improvements.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve OFS incidents.
