SRE AI Ops Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SRE AI Ops Engineer in Miami, FL (Florida).

Summary:

We are seeking an SRE AIOps Engineer to design, build, and support AI-driven automation solutions while providing advanced application and SRE operational support. This role combines AI engineering, observability, automation, incident response, and application troubleshooting in a 24x7 production environment.

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate incident triage, remediation, and operational workflows

* Build AI agents and LLM-powered tools to improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response

* Develop Python-based automation, integrations, and operational services

* Create and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions for observability and SRE tooling

* Monitor production environments and proactively identify operational issues

* Support AEM and other enterprise applications through advanced troubleshooting and incident management

* Improve MTTR, alert quality, automation adoption, and operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

* 5+ years of SRE, Dev Ops, or Site Reliability Engineering experience

* Experience building AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and operational automation

* Experience with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or App Dynamics

* Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

* Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or CDK

* Experience supporting production environments and participating in incident response

* Knowledge of AI/ML, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks

* Strong Python development skills for automation, integrations, and tooling

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to mentor teams and perform triage in a 24x7 operational environment

Preferred

Skills:

* Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience

* Experience supporting CMS platforms and digital applications

* Experience with incident management, runbook automation, and anomaly detection

* Familiarity with Atlassian Rovo, AI operational tooling, and observability platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
