Senior Ontology Expert​/Project Manager Security Clearance

Job Description Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Ontology Expert/Project Manager to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance, and managing contractor deliverables in the DoD ontology domain.

• Oversee project execution, ensure compliance, and manage contractor deliverables.
• Deliver project outcomes in the DoD ontology domain, including ontology development, knowledge graph integration, and support for DoD geospatial and all-source analysis.
• Utilize skills in Sys Eng Ops , Dev Sec Ops , version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply experience with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) processes.
• Use programming skills in Python, R, SQL/No
  
  SQL, PostgreSQL, and ESRI (ArcGIS/Arc Py). Required Qualifications
• Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a closely related field
  -OR- a minimum of 11 years experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development, with a strong background in Sys Eng Ops , Dev Sec Ops , version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP). Preferred Qualifications
