ServiceNow Technical Lead

Ryder System is seeking a Service Now Technical Lead to design, implement, and optimize Service Now solutions that power our transportation and warehousing operations. You will lead platform architecture, configure ITSM/ITOM modules, integrate Service Now with logistics and fleet systems, and enforce development standards. Partner with operations, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into scalable workflows, dashboards, and automations.

Mentor developers, manage code reviews, and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance in a safety-first, customer-focused environment with strong career growth.
