VTC Technician

GovCIO LLC seeks a VTC Technician to support secure video teleconferencing for federal customers. You will configure, operate, and monitor VTC and AV systems; facilitate high-visibility meetings and events; and rapidly troubleshoot connectivity, audio, and video issues. Working in a mission-driven, collaborative culture, you'll coordinate with network and security teams, maintain documentation, and provide user training. This role offers growth with modern IT, supporting critical national missions and large-scale digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and monitor VTC systems and related AV equipment for federal customers.
• Facilitate and support live virtual meetings, briefings, and large events to ensure quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot VTC, network, and AV issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Perform routine system checks, firmware updates, and preventative maintenance.
• Document incidents, configurations, and resolutions in ticketing and knowledge systems.
• Coordinate with network, security, and application teams to optimize performance and security.
• Provide end-user training and friendly, mission-focused support to government stakeholders.
• Support on-call or after-hours mission-critical events as required by customer needs.
