Lennar USA is hiring an Onsite IT Technician II to provide intermediate technical support for Lennar Associates at our Miami, FL offices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage internal client relationships, and maintain documentation while coordinating installations and events.
You will work closely with the Onsite IT Manager, update Service Now tickets daily, and report downtime promptly. A strong focus on communication, problem solving, and meeting user needs is expected.
