We're looking for a motivated Bi-Lingual Field Technician who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working directly with restaurant owners.

• Fluent in English & Spanish
  OR
  English & Mandarin
• Hands-on experience with the Toast POS system
• Reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• 1-3 years of restaurant industry experience
• Basic networking knowledge (routers, Wi-Fi, Ethernet)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional, adaptable, and dependable

• Install and configure Toast POS hardware
  • Terminals
  • Handhelds
  • Printers
  • Other peripherals
• Install and configure networking equipment
  • Routers
  • Wireless Access Points
• Consult with restaurant owners and chefs to customize Toast POS
• Train restaurant staff, including
  • Front of House
  • Back of House
  • Management
• Create implementation documentation and network diagrams
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues
• Run and terminate Ethernet cables when needed

• Local travel required
• Up to 25% U.S. travel
• Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility as needed
