Senior Data Analyst

We're hiring a Data Analyst to join the Enterprise Analytics & Reporting team at a wealth management company. This role will build reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that support Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and other enterprise teams.

The ideal candidate is strong in SQL and Tableau, has experience with modern data tools such as dbt and Databricks, and can turn business needs into clear, reliable analytics.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics in Tableau.
• Use SQL to analyze, validate, and transform data from multiple business systems.
• Build and support data models and transformation workflows using dbt and Databricks.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and enterprise stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Support recurring financial, operational, workforce, compliance, and risk reporting.
• Improve reporting processes through automation, documentation, and data-quality checks.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, aggregations, and data validation.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau;
  Power BI, Qlik, or Looker experience may be considered.
• Experience with dbt or similar data-transformation tools such as Dataform, SQLMesh, or Coalesce.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, or another cloud data platform.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or another regulated industry is a plus.
