Information Technology Services Specialist

A leading publicly traded organisation is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist to provide high-touch technology support to executive leadership while delivering exceptional IT services across a global user base.

This is a highly visible role supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment. You'll act as the go-to expert for executive technology needs, manage critical support issues from start to finish, and help ensure a seamless technology experience for employees across multiple locations.

• Deliver white-glove IT support to senior executives and executive assistants
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex desktop, mobility, and end-user issues
• Support a global workforce across office, remote, and travelling users
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and user access requests
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting business-critical and executive technology needs
• Maintain executive-ready spare devices and coordinate rapid device replacements when required
• Provide AV and conferencing support for board meetings, leadership events, and critical business presentations
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, Windows 11, Apple devices, and endpoint management platforms

• Strong experience in IT support, end-user computing, or IT service delivery
• Experience supporting executives, VIP users, or senior leadership teams
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Experience supporting conferencing and collaboration technologies (Teams Rooms or similar)
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining discretion and professionalism
• Experience using ITSM platforms such as Service Now
