Position Summary
Data AnalystMiami, FL | Hybrid
Job DescriptionTurn agency data into clear, actionable insight. You'll build the reporting and analysis that helps leaders measure performance, identify trends, and make better-informed operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple agency systems.
- Build dashboards and recurring reports that track mission performance.
- Perform statistical analysis to surface trends and anomalies.
- Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements.
- Document data definitions, sources, and methodology.
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality discipline.
- Experience supporting government or regulated environments preferred.
