Lead validation, verification, and correction of PMS-related data before vessel migration to MAST, including equipment hierarchy, maintenance tasks, spares links, document attachments, mandatory fields, and data quality exceptions. - Performance Monitoring, Defect Management, and Continuous Improvement:
Oversee PMS/MAST issues, ADM/ADO tickets, recurring defects, data quality exceptions, and process deviations. Develop and monitor KPIs related to planned maintenance compliance, overdue and deferral trends, backlog health, data completeness, repeat failures, MTTR/MTBF support indicators, and audit readiness. Drive timely resolution, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and provide leadership with performance insights, emerging risks, trends, and recommendations to improve compliance, reliability, and operational effectiveness. - Stakeholder Coordination and Change Management:
Collaborate with shipboard and shoreside stakeholders, vendors, Class and Flag authorities, and technical experts to support maintenance planning, resource alignment, change management, technical standards development, and successful fleet-wide adoption of maintenance processes. - Technical Compliance and Audit Readiness:
