Role Overview We are seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Specialist to support our organization’s first-party and third-party cybersecurity risk management programs. This entry-level GRC role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring cybersecurity risks to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, and will act as the  ears on the ground  for risk identification through direct engagement with various teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of inherent and residual cybersecurity risks.
* Assist in recommending mitigation strategies and monitor related activities.
* Maintain cybersecurity risk registers, ensuring risks are properly documented, tracked, and escalated.
* Contribute to enterprise risk management integration and reporting, including monitoring KRIs and KPIs.
* Prepare risk management materials, dashboards, and reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders on cybersecurity requirements.
* Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity risk management programs and capabilities.
* Engage directly with stakeholders to observe, identify, and log potential risks.

Required Qualifications
* * Understanding of privacy regulations such as PCI and SOX.
* 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk management, governance, or a related discipline.
* Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and security control frameworks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
* Ability to work onsite four days a week in the Doral, Florida area.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience with GRC platforms such as Logic Gate, Archer, or Service Now IRM.
* Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, Security+, or CGRC.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, or SEC cybersecurity regulations.
* Background in the cruise line industry.
