** What You'll Do
** You'll manage your own portfolio of auto liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you'll:
* Investigate automobile accidents by gathering facts and reviewing evidence.
* Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties.
* Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and potential injury exposure.
* Make sound claim decisions based on policy language and the facts of each loss.
* Negotiate fair and timely claim settlements.
* Manage claim reserves and maintain accurate claim documentation.
* Identify complex claim issues and collaborate with internal partners when needed.
* Deliver clear, timely communication that builds trust with customers.
* Balance quality, productivity, and customer service while managing an active caseload.
* Continue developing your claims expertise through coaching, training, and ongoing professional development.

** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience handling non-standard automobile claims.
* Adjuster's license or the ability to obtain one, where required.
* Spanish-English bilingual skills.
