Licensed Health Insurance Rep

Concentrix is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Reps to support customers of leading health insurance brands. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, explain plan options, verify eligibility, assist with enrollments, and answer coverage and benefits questions. You will use CRM tools and carrier systems to document interactions, process changes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state insurance regulations. Working in a performance-driven, collaborative environment, you'll meet quality, accuracy, and sales or conversion targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences and protecting sensitive personal and health information.
