We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented insurance professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for servicing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, managing renewals, processing policy changes, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client service requests including policy renewals, coverage adjustments, and general inquiries
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate coverage options based on client needs
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved coverage during policy reviews
- Provide re-quoting and remarketing services for personal insurance products
- Support producers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
- Active Florida 220 or 2044 insurance license
- Familiarity with AMS
360 or similar agency management systems - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
