A distinguished, established law firm is seeking a senior‑level corporate attorney to join its dynamic team in Miami. • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 6 to 15 years of relevant corporate transactional experience
• Substantial experience with M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, fund formation, and general corporate contracts
• Active Florida Bar admission and good standing
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex matters independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements
• Manage fundraising documentation, fund formation, and investor materials
• Oversee general corporate and commercial contract matters
• Collaborate closely with practice group leadership and attorneys across the firm
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
• Maintain high‑quality client service and build strong professional relationships
