• Lead and grow the firm s commercial litigation practice area and serve as a senior practitioner guiding strategy and development.
• Collaborate with the firm s Founder and leadership to shape practice direction and client service.
• Drive business development and client relationships to support growth and profitability.
• Provide oversight and mentorship within the litigation team and contribute to a culture of transparency, trust, and strategic thinking.

• Experienced attorney with senior-level experience in commercial litigation.
• Interest in direct partnership potential and leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to influence practice area strategy and work with operational and administrative support.

Compensation: $150,000+ DOE
