We are working with a boutique firm that handles complex commercial litigation matters. They are seeking an experienced attorney with strong oral advocacy experience. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of courtroom experience.

Remote role with occasional in-person appearances when necessary in Miami.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft high-level documents, including motions, memoranda, and briefs
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and appellate arguments
• Analyze fact records and legal issues
• Collaborate with the team during Zoom meetings
• Work directly with sophisticated domestic and international clients

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Worked in a law firm environment on hourly matters
• Commercial litigation experience is preferred, but not required
• Outstanding legal writing and research skills
• Motivated self-starter
