Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with 2–6 years of substantial experience in corporate transactions, particularly in Capital Markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex U.S. and cross-border securities offerings — including IPOs, debt offerings, and private placements — for a diverse roster of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute U.S. and cross-border securities offerings (IPOs, debt offerings, and private placements) for diverse clients.
• Lead due diligence teams, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness.
• Advise clients on corporate governance matters and securities compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver seamless client service.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates.
• Contribute to the development of client relationships through professional and responsive communication.

Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of significant corporate transaction experience, with a focus on Capital Markets.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and team members.
• Admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission.
