This mainly involves defending general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals against claims related to commercial construction. Additionally, you will likely handle various other civil litigation cases.

The ideal candidate must work effectively with the legal team and support staff under general supervision. We require someone who can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Attend hearings and mediations
• Argue motions and conduct depositions of lay and expert witnesses
• Consult with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary
