Job Description
Enfinity Group is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant who will support the Legal Department, Americas in managing daily workflow, coordinating activities and deadlines.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, coordinating and managing invoices and P.O., liaising with external law and tax consultants, notaries and other professional entities in relation to renewable energy project-related procedures, lands screening/double-checking and filing a wide range of documents.
He/she will also help manage the corporate books of Enfinity Group companies in coordination with external law and tax consultants. The candidate will cooperate with other teams based in the US and should communicate effectively across teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Legal Department in daily activities, scheduling and tracking deadlines and priorities;
- Liaising with external law firms, notaries and other entities to coordinate and manage invoices and P.O., monitor workflow and facilitate project-related processes such as authorization procedures, legal verification of documents and filing;
- Drafting project-related reports and slides relevant to legal verification of documents;
- Managing and filing legal documents and corporate books for Group companies and VDR; arranging meetings and coordinating agendas;
- Interacting with other teams (Business Development, Engineers, Accounting, etc.) daily on legal aspects or implications of projects;
- Drafting basic legal templates.
- Experience managing invoicing processes, corporate bookkeeping, legal documents, and filing documents;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills;
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and proactive;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage P.O. and invoicing processes;
- Experience in using MS Office;
- Ability to perform basic review of documents;
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
