Corporate Paralegal

A commercial real estate practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support commercial real estate transactions.

• Assist with commercial real estate transactions from contract and loan commitment through closing and post-closing
• Support commercial real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, title objection letters, lease review, and municipal lien, UCC, judgment, and lien searches
• Prepare organizational documents and assist with entity formation
• Prepare and manage closing checklists, critical date timelines, and closing documentation, including title commitments and policies, closing statements, affidavits, and entity authorizations
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, and other external parties on local and national transactions
• Maintain closing binders and related transaction records

• 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, with direct, hands-on responsibility for commercial real estate transactions
• Proven experience supporting shopping center and retail triple-net (NNN) transactions
• Strong working knowledge of title and survey review, title objection letters, UCC and lien searches, and commercial real estate closing documentation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based legal tools
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred (or equivalent experience)
