Real Estate Associate

A premier global law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated real estate attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work closely with clients, and be part of a dynamic, fast-growing practice in one of the most active real estate markets in the U.S.

• Advise on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and secured financings.
• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.
• Manage key aspects of transactions from inception through closing.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice groups in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain direct and ongoing client interaction.

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate transactions at a leading law firm.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• Strong experience across core real estate deal work (acquisitions, dispositions, JVs, leasing and/or financings).
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Solid academic credentials.
