Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to join our Miami office.

The ideal candidate brings anywhere from 6–15 years of sophisticated corporate experience and will work closely with practice group leadership and other attorneys across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Lead and support joint venture transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate fundraising documentation and assist with fund formation matters.
  • Handle a wide range of general corporate and contractual matters for business clients.
  • Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and firm leadership on strategic legal work streams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver practical, business focused legal counsel.
Required Qualifications
  • 6–15 years of relevant corporate transactional experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in M&A, joint ventures, fund formation, and contract drafting/negotiation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
