We’re partnering with a respected Miami-based firm seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney for a contract-to-hire opportunity
. This is an excellent chance to gain meaningful courtroom exposure, build hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive litigation team.

You’ll step directly into ongoing litigation matters and contribute from day one:

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare litigation memoranda
• Assist with deposition prep, witness interviews, and examinations
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Manage assigned matters and track court deadlines
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

This is not a back-room research role. You’ll be in the mix.

• 1–2 years of litigation experience (bankruptcy litigation strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with confidence and precision
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

Recent graduates who have completed internships, clerkships, or meaningful litigation exposure are encouraged to apply.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida Bar

• Legal research and persuasive writing
