Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) is seeking a skilled and driven paralegal to join our dynamic Miami office. We are defense counsel representing clients in personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and auto accident cases. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment and have the expertise to assist attorneys in managing cases from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) required
- 5+ years of paralegal experience handling circuit court cases
- 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw
- Familiarity with Litify, iManage, or other case/document management software (preferred)
- Nala Certified Paralegal / Certified Paralegal
- Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation—from inception through trial
- Pretrial investigation, discovery support, and trial preparation
Important: This is an on‑site position
