• Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
• Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills, must be detail‑oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload; must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility.
