Position: Immigration Law Paralegal – Hybrid (Miami/Orlando)

A well-respected boutique immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its growing team. The firm is known for its compassionate, client-focused approach and dedication to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration process with clarity and care.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a Paralegal with immigration and litigation experience who can hit the ground running. You will work closely with attorneys to manage complex family-based and humanitarian immigration cases while providing critical support on litigation matters. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely most days, with in-office time for client meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage family-based immigration filings (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131)
  • Draft waivers (I-601, I-601A), affidavits of support, and supporting documentation
  • Assist with consular processing and client interview preparation
  • Manage naturalization cases (N-400)
  • Prepare humanitarian applications (VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa)
  • Draft correspondence and documentation for RFEs, NOIDs, and related filings
  • Support attorneys in immigration-related litigation matters
  • Conduct client intake and assist with consultations
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing deadlines
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage caseloads efficiently
  • Stay up to date on immigration laws, regulations, and policy developments
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of paralegal experience in immigration law, including litigation (family-based and/or humanitarian cases)
  • Experience supporting litigation cases a plus
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate communication style and ability to work with diverse client populations
