Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Our attorneys also provide knowledgeable representation in a variety of other civil practice areas, including Bankruptcy Creditor’s Rights Representation, Business Law, Aviation Law, Employment Litigation, and Family Law.

• Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
• Represent clients in negotiations and closings

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida
• 5–7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
