Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

- Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
- Represent clients in negotiations and closings
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
