This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0‑3 years of experience who specialize in defending against all types of general liability claims, including auto and premises liability.

As an Attorney specializing in general liability, your role will involve:

• Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients.
• Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court.
• Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed.
• Drafting initial, interim, pre‑trial, trial, and appellate reports.
• Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery‑related motions.
• Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
