These roles are with busy litigation teams handling complex matters, and multiple Miami firms are actively adding associate talent.
Role Overview- Commercial and complex litigation matters
- State and federal court exposure
- Strong involvement in motions practice, discovery, and depositions
- Opportunities across multiple firms
, depending on experience level
- 2–6 years of litigation experience
- Solid writing and motions practice experience
- Florida Bar admission (or willing to sit for the next bar exam)
