We are seeking experienced lawyers to join a Corporate and Securities Practice in Miami. The lawyers practice should include advising publicly and privately held entities with respect to private placement offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity and venture capital, underwritten and syndicated offerings, commercial finance and syndicated lending, cross-border transactions and general corporate matters. The ideal group will have outstanding academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and at least five years of corporate and/or financial services experience and a portable book of business.

Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills and large law firm experience are preferred, but not prerequisites. Compensation is very competitive.
