The junior Associate will draft and revise complex agreements for clients in the real estate and/or construction industry, and will work on sophisticated transactions. The role includes drafting and negotiating design, construction, and consulting agreements, and taking on significant responsibility as part of the client service team.

• Strong academic credentials
• Minimum of three years of experience drafting and revising complex agreements for clients in the real estate and/or construction industry
• Experience drafting and negotiating design, construction, and consulting agreements is preferred but not required
• Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to accept significant responsibility
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar
