DISTRICT COURT STAFF ATTORNEY -
Career Law clerk position available for bright lawyer with exceptional legal research and writing skills and the ability to understand and apply legal principles, statutes, case law, and rules of procedure. The position requires the ability to identify legal issues, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and work well with others. Law clerk must exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and honesty in handling all matters before the Court.
This position is in-person.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Graduation from an accredited law school.
- Two years practicing law or legal experience.
- Membership in the Florida Bar preferred.
- Law Review membership and superior academic credentials preferred.
