Note:Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience
, ideally supporting collections and/or foreclosure matters, with strong drafting, calendaring, and deadline management skills.

- Support attorneys with collections and foreclosure matters while ensuring compliance with FDCPA and applicable Florida laws (Condo/Co-Op/HOA)
- Communicate professionally with delinquent owners by phone, email, and letter correspondence
- Process payments and prepare balance due letters, payoff letters, and estoppels
- Review client pre-collection notices, ledgers, and supporting documentation
- Prepare Notice of Intent to Lien
, Notice of Intent to Foreclose
, and liens - Prepare complaint packages and generate foreclosure pleadings
- Draft stipulations for settlement and related orders (including order ratifying stipulation)
- Draft Motion for Summary Judgment
, including affidavits of indebtedness and costs, and finalize fee information as needed - Prepare notices of hearing
, hearing materials, and assist with hearing readiness (including hearing folders) - Draft final judgments and notices of sale
, and prepare cover letters to the judge - Support bank-side actions: mortgage/satisfaction searches, answers/affirmative defenses, and case management/trial filings
- Support bankruptcy actions: notices of appearance, proof of claim exhibits, and post-petition change notices
- Coordinate with and instruct team assistants on delegated tasks to keep matters moving
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal (collections/foreclosure exposure strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of (or strong ability to learn)
FDCPA and Florida condo/HOA-related collections processes - Strong drafting skills for pleadings, notices, letters, and settlement documents
- Excellent organization, calendaring, and deadline management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client service and communication skills (professional and composed under pressure)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with legal tech tools
- High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred
