* 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier real estate leasing practice.
* Material lessee experience is a significant plus.
* In-house legal experience is a plus.
* Substantial experience with all aspects of the real estate leasing lifecycle, including commercial leases and AIA agreements, lease negotiation, green leasing terms, and real estate deal structure.
* Experience with vendor and supplier contracts.
* Experience with corporate governance and general corporate work.
* Litigation experience a plus.
* Exceptional judgment, balancing risk with business priorities.
* Hardworking, motivated, proactive and results oriented.
* Comfortable fielding questions from the most senior to the most junior teammates.
