Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar At least 8 years of experience practicing employment law, with a mix of law firm and in-house experience Experience managing a broad range of legal issues and collaborating with business leaders Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high ethical standards Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
