Associate Attorney – Insurance Coverage & Litigation (Remote – Florida)
Location: Remote (must be based in Florida)
Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Experience Level: 1–12 years

, serving a client base that includes global insurers, brokers, TPAs, and Fortune 500 corporations.
As part of their continued national expansion, they are growing their Florida-based Insurance Coverage & Litigation team and hiring 2–3 high-caliber Associate Attorneys with demonstrated litigation or insurance law experience.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in insurance coverage and reinsurance matters, including First-Party and Third-Party claims.
- Draft and review legal documents, including coverage opinions, pleadings, and motions.
- Manage litigation from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and client communications.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex coverage issues involving property, casualty, environmental, and professional liability claims.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on strategy, trial preparation, and client engagement.
- Contribute to a growing Florida legal practice within a nationally respected insurance law group.
- 1–12 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or litigation (first-party property experience is highly preferred).
- Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
. - A Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
. - Strong academic credentials:
- A graduate of a Top 100 Law School
, or - Ranked in the Top 25% of the class
, or - Member of Law Review, Law Journal
, Moot Court
, or Dean’s List
. - Excellent legal writing, analytical, and research skills – writing samples may be requested.
- A steady, non-transient employment history (no excessive job hopping).
