Salary: $150,000 - $450,000 per year

We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our growing personal injury practice. We handle a high-volume caseload of auto, premises liability, and general negligence matters and are expanding across multiple Florida markets.
Responsibilities- Manage personal injury cases from inception through trial and resolution
- Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Draft and argue motions, oversee discovery, and maintain consistent client communication
- Collaborate with team members to prepare cases for arbitration or trial
- J.D. and active good standing with The Florida Bar
- Minimum of two jury trials as first chair required
- Strong written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail
