As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will play a key role in managing cases from inception to resolution while advocating for clients who have suffered injuries. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing case strategy and executing a strong legal plan.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision.
• Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements effectively.
• Supervising and guiding support staff on case matters.
• Providing leadership and ensuring high-quality legal work from your team.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in case decisions.

• Licensed Attorney – Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 1-4 years of experience handling personal injury cases.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize client outcomes.
• Excellent drafting abilities for clear and effective legal documents.
• Leadership & teamwork – Ability to guide and supervise legal support staff.
• Client-Centered Approach – Passionate about advocating for injury victims.
• Spanish speaking (strongly preferred)
